Marketing Operations Manager
About the Role
Rippletide is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager in San Francisco to run the day-to-day engine of our US marketing. You will own campaign execution, content coordination, and marketing analytics — making sure Rippletide shows up consistently and credibly in the Bay Area AI ecosystem and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution and wants direct impact on how an early-stage AI infrastructure company builds its brand in the most competitive market in the world.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute Rippletide's US marketing calendar — campaigns, content, events, and partner activations.
- Produce and schedule content across LinkedIn, the company blog, newsletter, and developer-facing channels.
- Coordinate with US PR contacts, media outlets, and AI ecosystem partners to build Rippletide's share of voice.
- Track and report on marketing performance: traffic, engagement, lead volume, and campaign ROI.
- Coordinate Rippletide's presence at Bay Area AI events — logistics, speaking submissions, sponsorships, and on-site execution.
- Support the Sales and GTM teams with enablement assets, one-pagers, case studies, and co-marketing materials.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, content, or growth marketing at a B2B tech company.
- Strong execution skills — you manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables without constant oversight.
- Good writer in English; able to produce punchy social copy, email campaigns, and event descriptions.
- Comfortable with marketing platforms: HubSpot or equivalent CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics tools.
- Energized by early-stage environments where you own a lot and build as you go.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
- Entrepreneur mindset — you treat problems as opportunities, take ownership instinctively, and move with urgency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, developer tools, or enterprise SaaS marketing.
- Existing connections in the Bay Area startup or AI ecosystem.
- Background in event coordination or community marketing.
- Previous experience as a founder or co-founder.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and meaningful early-employee equity.
- Direct collaboration with founders and GTM leadership.
- San Francisco office at 2 Embarcadero with flexible remote options.
- Full US benefits including health, dental, and vision.
- Learning and conference stipend.
