About the Role

Rippletide is the Decision Runtime for enterprise AI agents, with offices in Paris and San Francisco. We are at an important growth stage, and we need an experienced professional to help us tell our story with real impact, so that decision-makers and the broader market understand what we've built, why it matters, and why now.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will own this work end to end: developing the strategy, executing across channels, tracking and analyzing performance, iterating on what works, and taking responsibility for outcomes. You will work closely with Patrick (Founder and CEO), who sets the overall strategic direction, and then operate with significant autonomy. This is a hands-on role with direct influence over how Rippletide builds its presence in the French and American AI ecosystem.

The Role

  • Develop compelling campaigns and content that build awareness and trust with enterprise buyers.
  • Decide where and when we show up β€” LinkedIn, the company blog, the newsletter, events, press, partnerships β€” and make it happen.
  • Own the marketing calendar β€” coordinating content, campaigns, events, and PR initiatives across channels.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies, freelancers, and media contacts; track coverage and optimize outreach.
  • Track and analyze performance across marketing channels β€” traffic, engagement, lead types, etc. β€” identify what's working, and act on it.
  • Support Sales and GTM with collateral, battlecards, case studies, and launch assets.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience at a startup (tech preferred).
  • Strong project management skills β€” you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping details.
  • Solid writer in English, comfortable producing social posts, email sequences, and short-form articles. French is a plus.
  • Comfortable with marketing tools: CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards, and scheduling tools.
  • Autonomous and execution-oriented β€” you don't wait for a brief, you write one.
  • Based in Paris and authorized to work in France.
  • Entrepreneurial instincts β€” you treat problems as opportunities, take ownership naturally, and move with urgency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI, developer tools, or enterprise tech marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO/GEO.
  • Familiarity with technical content strategy.
  • Prior experience at a seed or Series A startup where you wore multiple marketing hats.
  • Previous experience as a founder or co-founder.
