About the Role

Rippletide is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to run the engine behind our brand and demand generation. This is an execution-first role: you will own the content calendar, manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinate with external partners, and ensure that every marketing initiative ships on time and performs. You will work closely with the founders and GTM team, with real influence over how Rippletide builds its presence in the French and European AI ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute Rippletide's marketing calendar β€” coordinating content, campaigns, events, and PR initiatives across channels.
  • Produce and distribute content across LinkedIn, the company blog, the newsletter, and press partnerships, with support from founders and external contributors.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies, freelancers, and media contacts; track coverage and optimize outreach.
  • Run performance tracking across marketing channels β€” traffic, engagement, MQL volume β€” and share weekly reports with the team.
  • Coordinate event logistics for conferences, meetups, and roundtables where Rippletide has a presence.
  • Support Sales and GTM with collateral, battlecards, case studies, and launch assets.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, content marketing, or growth at a B2B SaaS or tech startup.
  • Strong project management skills β€” you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping details.
  • Solid writer in French and English, comfortable producing social posts, email sequences, and short-form articles.
  • Comfortable with marketing tooling: CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards, and scheduling tools.
  • Autonomous and execution-oriented β€” you don't wait for a brief, you write one.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
  • Entrepreneur mindset β€” you treat problems as opportunities, take ownership instinctively, and move with urgency.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI, developer tools, or enterprise tech marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization), or technical content strategy.
  • Prior experience at a seed or Series A startup where you wore multiple marketing hats.
  • Previous experience as a founder or co-founder.
