Now, we’re expanding our presence in North America and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing (US) to build and lead our marketing engine from the ground up.
About the Role
As Head of Marketing (US), you’ll be responsible for developing and executing Rippletide’s marketing strategy across the US market.
You’ll shape the brand, build awareness, generate demand, and drive growth through creative and data-driven campaigns.
This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to build scalable B2B growth systems from scratch.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Positioning
Define Rippletide’s brand narrative and messaging for the US market.
Lead thought leadership initiatives around AI Agents, enterprise productivity and innovation.
Partner with the leadership team to align brand positioning with product and sales strategy.
Demand Generation & Growth
Build multi-channel acquisition funnels (paid, organic, partnerships, events).
Develop and own marketing KPIs lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
Design scalable growth programs across paid media, content, and communities.
Content & Communications
Oversee content strategy from blog and social media to press, newsletters, and product storytelling.
Collaborate with design and product teams to produce high-quality creative assets.
Build relationships with media, analysts, and key influencers in the AI and tech ecosystem.
Team & Leadership
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the global leadership team.
Who You Are
8+ years of experience in marketing roles in the US.
Proven success in B2B SaaS, AI or Enterprise tech.
Deep understanding of US go-to-market strategies and the enterprise buyer journey.
Strong storytelling, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Track record of building and scaling marketing operations from early-stage to growth.
Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing AI or automation technologies.
Previous work in high-growth startups or product-led organizations.
Familiarity with European markets and global expansion.
Strong network in the enterprise and tech ecosystem.
