We’re growing fast across Europe and the US, backed by top-tier investors and trusted by innovative enterprises.Now, we’re building our first US Sales team and we’re looking for an ambitious, driven and curious Sales Representative to help us accelerate Rippletide’s growth in North America.
About the Role
As Sales Representative (US), you’ll be one of the first boots on the ground in our US go-to-market team.
You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and play a key role in defining how Rippletide wins in the US market.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to bring AI-driven innovation to leading enterprises.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing AI startup early and make a direct impact on revenue growth, customer success, and brand expansion.
What You’ll Do
Identify, research, and prospect new enterprise and mid-market accounts in the US.
Lead the full sales process: discovery, demo, negotiation and closing.
Develop a deep understanding of Rippletide’s product and how it solves real business challenges.
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (CIO, CDO, CTO, AI Leads, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Use data and feedback to continuously improve sales tactics and conversion rates.
Represent Rippletide at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
Who You Are
3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, AI or enterprise tech.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and exceed quotas.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales dynamics and consultative selling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and international environment.
Curious about AI and passionate about how it’s reshaping the future of work.
Proactive, resilient and excited to build something new from the ground up.
Nice to Have
Experience selling AI, automation, or data-driven products.
Existing network within enterprise innovation, data, or tech communities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and modern sales tech stacks.
Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
