As a Junior Sales / Growth Representative, you’ll be on the front line of Rippletide’s growth engine. Your job: generate pipeline, create opportunities, and learn how high-performing sales teams scale. This role is ideal if you’re competitive, curious, and motivated by impact more than routine.
Hunt for new opportunities through outbound (email, calls, LinkedIn, creative channels)
Qualify inbound leads and turn interest into real conversations
Experiment with messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Book meetings and feed the sales pipeline with qualified prospects
Track everything in the CRM and optimize what works
Work closely with sales & marketing to iterate fast and scale wins
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
0–2 years experience (or strong proof of hustle: internships, side projects, freelancing, startups)
High energy, strong drive, and resilience - rejection doesn’t scare you
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out cold
Analytical mindset: you like testing, measuring, and improving
