About the Role
You will be the right hand of our Cofounder & Chief Scientific Officer to build what comes next.
Over the last months, Rippletide has delivered strong deep-tech R&D results, now adding real, demanding deployments with large customers across countries. Our agents now operate in high-stakes environments where latency, reliability and security matter more than ever.
In addition to our accelerated R&D efforts: the tech team now encompasses core developments, product/deployments and research.
Split between San Francisco and Paris, our Chief Scientific Officer is looking for its right hand thriving on:
Dev team animation when abroad, infra & security
Driving military-grade execution and delivery in the tech/AI team
Working cross-country with autonomy, precision, and high standards
Who You Are
Deeply Technical: Area of expertise in infra/engineering but with a strong understanding of AI concepts
Execution focused: You thrive on driving military-grade execution and delivery in high-stakes environments.
A natural leader: Proven ability to manage and animate dev teams, ensuring precision and high standards.
Autonomous & Precise: Capable of working cross-country (Paris/SF) with high autonomy and meticulous attention to detail.
