At Rippletide we’ve built the first Hypergraph Decision Database, a foundation that makes agents deterministic, explainable, and compliant by design. By moving decisions out of LLMs and into a reasoning database, we eliminate hallucinations and bring full transparency to every action.
Aggressive Outbound Execution: This is the core of the role. You will own the full outbound funnel—from identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to multi-channel outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling) to booking and qualifying initial meetings.
Strategic Prospecting: Map out key stakeholders within Fortune 1000 enterprises, specifically targeting leaders in AI Transformation, RevOps, and Customer Experience.
Narrative Development: Translate Rippletide’s deep-tech value (hypergraphs, neuro-symbolic AI, explainability) into compelling business outcomes that resonate with C-suite executives.
Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between the US market and our R&D teams in Paris. You will turn prospect "nos" into product requirements and "yeses" into scalable sales playbooks.
Tooling & Automation: Leverage AI and GTM tools (e.g., Clay, Salesforce, Apollo) to automate the "grunt work" of prospecting while maintaining a "military-grade" level of personalization.
The "Grind" Mentality: You enjoy the hunt. You have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding outbound targets in a B2B SaaS or AI startup environment.
Technical Literacy: You don't need to write code, but you must be able to explain why a "reasoning-first hypergraph database" beats a standard RAG-based LLM.
Entrepreneurial Grit: You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable with 0-to-1 environments where the processes aren't yet defined.

Experiences in GTM, Sales Development, or Account Executive roles at a high-growth tech startup.
