GTM Strategy & Outbound Lead
About the Role
Rippletide is building the decision infrastructure layer for enterprise AI agents, and we need a GTM Strategy & Outbound Lead to build the commercial engine in France and Europe. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: designing our ICP, structuring outbound sequences, and generating the qualified pipeline that fuels our growth. This is a founding GTM role with direct exposure to leadership and outsized impact on how Rippletide scales across the continent.
What You'll Do
- Define and refine Rippletide's Ideal Customer Profile and buyer personas for the French and European markets.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) targeting enterprise AI and engineering leaders.
- Build and iterate on messaging frameworks that translate Rippletide's technical value proposition into sharp, resonant outreach.
- Partner with Sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and to close the feedback loop between outbound signals and deal learnings.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics β open rates, reply rates, MQL-to-SQL conversion β and continuously optimize sequences.
- Coordinate with Marketing on content, events, and campaigns that generate inbound demand alongside outbound.
What We're Looking For
- 3β5 years of experience in GTM, growth, or demand generation at a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech company.
- Proven ability to run outbound campaigns independently β from copy to sequencing to analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset: you are comfortable with CRM data, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics.
- Excellent written communication in French and English β your sequences are crisp, relevant, and human.
- Entrepreneurial approach; you can build from scratch without waiting for a playbook to be handed to you.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
- Entrepreneur mindset β you treat problems as opportunities, take ownership instinctively, and move with urgency.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, developer tools, data infrastructure, or a technically complex enterprise category.
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, or equivalent outbound automation platforms.
- Prior experience at a seed or Series A company where you built GTM motion from the ground up.
- Previous experience as a founder or co-founder.
