Internship: Growth & GTM
Rippletide is building the decision layer for enterprise AI, the infrastructure that makes agent reasoning deterministic, auditable, and trustworthy at scale. As our Growth Intern, you will be embedded directly in the GTM team during a pivotal moment: we are moving from early design partners to a repeatable go-to-market motion, and we need someone who can help us accelerate that.
This is a hands-on role. You will run campaigns, test messaging, generate pipeline, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders. If you thrive in ambiguity, care about AI infrastructure, and want to see your work directly move revenue metrics, this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute outbound prospecting sequences targeting engineering and AI leaders at enterprise accounts, from copy to send to follow-up.
- Research and segment ICP accounts using enrichment tools, LinkedIn, and public signals to build high-quality, targeted lists.
- Support content distribution across LinkedIn and other channels: repurpose technical content for TOFU audiences, draft posts, and track engagement.
- Assist in building and iterating on GTM playbooks: messaging frameworks, objection-handling guides, and discovery call prep materials.
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, reply rates, and meeting show rates, and flag what is working and what is not.
- Help coordinate events, webinars, and partner activations, from logistics to follow-up.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (business, communications, CS, or related, field matters less than curiosity and drive).
- Strong written communication skills: you can write crisp, direct outbound emails and LinkedIn posts.
- Genuine interest in enterprise software, AI infrastructure, or developer tools. You follow the space and have opinions about it.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action: you would rather try something, measure it, and iterate than wait for the perfect brief.
- Organized and detail-oriented. You can manage a CRM, a content calendar, and an outbound sequence without dropping the ball.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a sales, marketing, or growth role at a startup or in a student entrepreneurship context.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Notion, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- You have read, or could hold a conversation about, the AI agent reliability and compliance space.
What we offer
- Competitive internship compensation.
- Direct exposure to how an early-stage B2B AI company builds pipeline from scratch, with real ownership.
- Mentorship from founders with deep GTM and technical backgrounds, with a short feedback loop on everything you produce.
- A front-row seat to enterprise AI adoption at a company backed by and accepted into Station F's F/AI Program.
