Full-Stack Engineer

Paris or RemoteFull-time

About the Role

Rippletide is building the decision infrastructure that makes AI agents deterministic, auditable, and trustworthy at scale, and we need a Full-Stack Engineer to own the web platform that puts this technology in the hands of developers and enterprise teams. You will work across the entire stack to design and ship the developer console, API dashboards, and internal tooling that make our hypergraph decision database accessible and powerful. This is a high-impact role in a small engineering team where your work will directly shape how customers interact with our platform every day.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement the Rippletide developer platform end-to-end, including the API console, project dashboards, usage analytics, and team management interfaces.
  • Build performant, accessible front-end experiences using React (Next.js) and TypeScript that surface complex graph data through intuitive visualizations.
  • Design and evolve the backend services (Node.js, Python) that power the platform, including REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication, billing integration, and webhook delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the AI Engineering team to create interactive exploration and debugging tools for the hypergraph reasoning engine.
  • Own the CI/CD pipeline for the web platform, continuously improving test coverage, build performance, and developer experience across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience with modern TypeScript, React (Next.js preferred), and a server-side language such as Node.js or Python.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL), caching strategies, and API design principles for production systems at scale.
  • An eye for design and strong attention to UI/UX detail, with the ability to translate mockups into polished, responsive interfaces that feel effortless.
  • Experience with authentication systems (OAuth, SSO), role-based access control, and secure multi-tenant architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment where ownership is broad.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building developer tools, API consoles, or data visualization interfaces.
  • Familiarity with graph databases, knowledge graphs, or semantic data modeling.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of side projects that demonstrate craft and curiosity.
  • Prior exposure to AI/ML deployment workflows or agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity in an early-stage, well-funded startup shaping the future of AI infrastructure.
  • Flexibility to work from our Paris office or fully remote, with regular team gatherings and a strong asynchronous collaboration culture.
  • A culture of intellectual rigor and creative freedom, where engineers ship to production daily and are encouraged to contribute to open-source.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health coverage, learning stipends, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.
