About the Role

Rippletide is hiring its first Account Executive in the United States. You will own enterprise revenue across North America for our Decision Context Graph β€” the infrastructure layer that gives enterprises runtime control and auditability over their AI agents. This is a zero-to-one role: you will build the playbook, close the first logos, and define what great looks like on the US sales team. We are backed by OneRagtime and angels from Meta, AWS, and BCG, and we have existing enterprise traction to build from.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts across North America, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Target engineering-led companies and regulated enterprises deploying AI agents at scale β€” financial services, healthcare, legal, and enterprise SaaS.
  • Lead technical discovery and proof-of-concept engagements alongside the Solutions Engineering team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM, forecast with discipline, and deliver against quarterly ARR targets.
  • Feed insights back to Product and Marketing on competitive dynamics, objections, and market positioning.
  • Represent Rippletide at Bay Area AI events, developer conferences, and enterprise tech forums.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years of enterprise SaaS or infrastructure sales experience, with a track record of closing $100K–$500K+ ARR deals.
  • Deep comfort selling into both technical and executive audiences at large organizations.
  • Hunter mentality β€” you can generate pipeline, not just manage it.
  • Organized, data-driven approach to forecasting and account planning.
  • Passion for AI infrastructure; you understand (or can quickly learn) what makes LLM-based systems fail in production.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
  • Entrepreneur mindset β€” you treat problems as opportunities, take ownership instinctively, and move with urgency.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at a developer tools, data infrastructure, or AI/ML company.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise AI buyers at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven sales cycles (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
  • Previous experience as a founder or co-founder.
