About the Role

Rippletide is looking for its first Account Executive in France. You will be responsible for driving enterprise revenue for our Decision Context Graph β€” the enforcement layer that makes AI agents production-ready. This is a founding sales role: you will own the full cycle from prospecting to close, and your early wins will define the playbook we scale across Europe. If you thrive on technical complexity, long-cycle enterprise deals, and building from scratch, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts across France and Southern Europe, from cold outreach to signed contract.
  • Identify and qualify ICP accounts in industries with high AI agent adoption: financial services, logistics, industrials, and professional services.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions alongside the Solutions team to map customer pain to the Decision Context Graph architecture.
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM, forecast reliably, and hit or exceed quarterly ARR targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and GTM on messaging, competitive positioning, and campaign feedback loops.
  • Represent Rippletide at Paris-based AI and enterprise tech events, building brand presence and deal flow.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of enterprise SaaS or AI/data infrastructure sales experience, with a track record of closing six-figure deals.
  • Native or near-native French speaker with strong business English for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable selling to both technical buyers (architects, CTOs) and business stakeholders (CDOs, VP Operations).
  • Structured, process-driven approach to pipeline management β€” you can forecast and you can explain your forecast.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, early-stage energy, and a genuine interest in AI and autonomous systems.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
  • Entrepreneur mindset β€” you treat problems as opportunities, take ownership instinctively, and move with urgency.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling to CAC 40 or major European enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with AI agent orchestration, LLM infrastructure, or data governance tooling.
  • Experience building outbound sequences and running ABM campaigns independently.
  • Previous experience as a founder or co-founder.
